Double The Love Math Freebie

Some of my kiddos still need some practicing adding doubles.
And I could not pass up using this cute clip-art I got after I already created my Valentine’s Day Unit.
So a freebie for everyone!

This is the Valentine holder my kiddos made this year.
My team-mate found the picture for this online and asked if I wanted to do it.
She prepped everything for my class.
I already had another idea to do, but went with the flow!
Last minute I remembered I had a whole container of stick on letters I’ve never used.
So we threw those on! I also added the nose/eye lashes.
I almost considered painting all of the paper plates before hand.
But decided I needed to “let it go.”
I would have liked them to of been already colored paper plates:)
But they’ll work! And I only have 17 kids, so it should hold everything.

  7. Love the little…ugh…what is it?? It kind of looks like a puppy face, but with spider legs! Please explain! Anyway, it's super cute and I'm proud of you for "letting it go", that's always tough! P.S. I just emailed BFF about the DR for my BBFF…lol!

  8. Its suppose to be some sort of bug? I have no idea! This child put her legs up too high..so I'm going with a a 6 legged bug…and the tongue is just suppose to be silly! It was in the original picture, I didn't add that! Ask my team-member!
