Bunny Measurement {Measurement Freebie}

Happy, Spring!
It’s time to get back into the swing of things on here.
In math, we have been hard at working learning to measure with inches and centimeters.  Measuring is not something that I have *loved* teaching.  I know many of you feel differently.  I decided this year was the year I started to enjoy it.  And so far, so good!
Yesterday, we had a little “down time” before the bell.  I decided it was a great time to put in a little bunny directed drawing by First Grade Blue Skies.She is *officially* the directed drawing guru.  If you haven’t incorporated directed drawing into your classroom, I strongly suggest you do!

Before we started, I showed the examples that are provided in the download by First Grade Blue Skies.  This was a great way to discuss the differences and uniqueness in each.  I let them know before hand that this wouldn’t be just a directed drawing activity, but we would be measuring our cute, ‘lil bunnies.
